Building for scale & impact

Full Stack Engineer with 3+ years building and maintaining production web applications in Next.js, React, and TypeScript. Currently the frontend owner of a travel e-commerce platform serving 10k+ daily users, where I lead frontend architecture, rendering strategy (SSR/SSG/ISR), SEO, and Core Web Vitals work. Experienced in building scalable, component-driven frontends and shared design systems across multi-application products, and in collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to ship user-facing features end to end.

Core expertise

  • Next.js App Router with SSR / SSG / ISR for performance and SEO scalability
  • Component-driven frontends and shared design systems across multi-application products
  • Monorepo architecture and multi-brand, multi-locale system design
  • SEO, metadata, schema markup, hreflang, and Core Web Vitals tuning
  • PostgreSQL schema design, Drizzle ORM, and query optimization
  • Node.js and Express API development, CMS integrations (Strapi)
  • Collaborating with designers, product owners, and backend engineers end to end

Key achievements

  • 10,000+ daily users served across production applications
  • Contributed to Vue.js → Next.js platform rebuild, now acting as sole frontend owner
  • Serve six brands across six European markets from a single codebase
  • Built two multi-app monorepo products (Valorcy and Tallaby) from scratch
  • 5-star Upwork rating with strong client satisfaction across international projects
  • Consistent focus on Core Web Vitals, SSR/SSG/ISR performance, and SEO

Valorcy

AI Website Builder SaaS Platform

Valorcy is a complete SaaS ecosystem for building, launching, and managing websites with AI. It is not a single site — it is one product delivered as three production applications that share a design system, type definitions, utilities, and authentication inside a single monorepo.

One product, three applications

Each application is built and deployed separately, but they share the same foundation — so they look, feel, and behave like one product.

Admin PanelRunning the platform
Shared foundationShared monorepo
  • One component library consumed by all three applications — a button, dialog, or data table is defined once and behaves identically everywhere
  • A single design system of tokens, typography, and spacing, so the marketing site, dashboard, and admin panel are unmistakably the same product
  • Shared TypeScript types spanning the database schema, API contracts, and UI props — a schema change surfaces as a compile error, not a runtime bug
  • Shared utilities for formatting, validation, permissions, and data access, removing duplicated logic across apps
  • Unified authentication and session handling — users move from the marketing site into the dashboard without a second login
  • Common architecture and coding standards that keep three applications reviewable and maintainable by a small team

Purpose

The public-facing surface of the platform: landing pages, pricing, template gallery, the AI website builder showcase, blog, documentation, and SEO-focused content. It is the first thing a prospective customer sees and the entry point into authentication, so it is tuned for speed, discoverability, and conversion.

Purpose

The primary SaaS application and the one customers interact with daily. It is where they generate a site with AI, edit it visually, manage content and commerce, connect a domain, and run their subscription. Every other surface of the product exists to support what happens here.

Shared foundationShared codebase
  • Multi-brand, multi-locale Next.js architecture with shared components and per-brand theming — new markets launch without forking the codebase
  • Six domains served from one codebase: Voetbaltrips (NL), Erlebefussball (DE), Goal.pl (PL), Svenskafans (SE), Tipsbladet (DK), and Visitfootball (EN)
  • Scalable booking and content workflows serving 10k+ daily users
  • Faceted search and filtering with URL-synced state, server-rendered results, and pagination
  • SEO through metadata optimization, schema markup, hreflang across locales, and content that renders with JavaScript disabled
  • Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals gains via SSR/SSG/ISR, image optimization, lazy loading, and targeted refactoring

What this demonstrates

  • Owning frontend architecture on a production platform with real traffic at scale
  • Designing multi-brand, multi-locale systems that share one codebase without forking
  • Shipping booking and content workflows that stay fast under daily load
  • Treating SEO and Core Web Vitals as product requirements, not afterthoughts
  • Balancing shared architecture with per-market branding, routing, and localization

Additional production work and side projects

WorkflowPDF.com

A self-funded SaaS product that makes working with PDFs possible without desktop software. Documents are rendered with PDF.js and edited on a React Konva canvas, with changes written back through pdf-lib — so text, image, link, and page edits happen directly in the browser. Around the editor sits a complete toolset for organizing pages, converting between formats, and securing documents, built on Next.js 16 and React 19 with Zustand-driven editor state.

  • In-browser editing of text, images, links, and pages on a canvas editor
  • Page organization — merge, split, rotate, reorder, extract, and delete
  • Conversion between PDF and Word, Excel, JPG, PNG, HTML, and plain text
  • Document tools — compress, crop, sign, watermark, page numbers, and metadata
  • PDF.js rendering with pdf-lib document writes and Zustand editor state

  • Monorepo with three integrated apps: customer, vendor, and admin
  • Full marketplace workflows — products, orders, vendors, categories
  • Search, filtering, cart, and checkout
  • Admin and vendor management dashboards
  • Scalable relational data models with Drizzle ORM + PostgreSQL
